As you know, blogging is very popular, but do you know how many blogs are NEVER found?  I obviously do not know the count, but I would guess that it’s as high as 50%.  That is a high number when you think about how many people that you might know that HAVE a blog.

Some reasons why blogs are not found are:

• They don’t have enough content on them
• The blog doesn’t have a robots.txt file
• Search engines cannot find the blog when they crawl the web
• Blog is not listed in free directories that are found all over the web

There are just a couple reasons why your blog may not be found by others.  If you submit your blog to a free directory (usually requires a linkback), you will see your blog in search engines by the end of the week.  Sometimes you can get your blog listed in search engines within the day!
